We know how hard it can be to work in a little exercise during the day, but if you have 4 minutes, 11 seconds, and a great imagination, we’ve got the perfect workout for you and your kids. Just follow along with our song “Bend And Breathe” and we’ll take you on an adventure to the ocean, the park, the mountains, and the forest. As you can see, our friend Harper has the moves down pat!
